There’s enough going on in the world right now without having to worry about bad jerky. While we don't accept returns due to the perishable nature of food products, if you're unsatisfied, frustrated, or disappointed with your order in any way, email us at yourfriends@jerkyinabox.ca and we’ll do our best to make things right.
To speed up the process, please include a receipt or proof of purchase in your email.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at yourfriends@jerkyinabox.ca if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
