Ghost pepper very hot, loved hurting my friends. It seemed to be the only hot one. Was really hoping for for a jalapino flavour. Has awesome flavour and med. Heat.

The jerky was delicious however the quantity received was very disappointing......pitifully small and the amount in 3 of the 5 square bags was embarrassing. 5 on 5 on taste alone, 2on 5 on quantity for the cost i would send 3-4 small bags; compliments of the house.
