Our classic small-batch jerky is made using traditional family recipes fine-tuned over the course of four generations. Using exclusively Canadian whole-muscle cuts, our beef is seasoned and marinated overnight before being hardwood smoked using our signature blend of maple and hickory chips. Excellent jerky and great taste. Anyone that tries it says it tastes great and some can't beieve I got it in the mail. All said you're doing a great job and I 'll try and spread the word. Hopefull not to much jerky.

This is part of my second order from Jerky in a Box. ..and the product is great! I am also trying the ghost pepper variety…very tasty and not too hot…just right in my book.
